Modding my FD...

Hi everyone, i've just got myself 2006 Civic 2.0EL and is well on my way to modding it. My final stage is to turbo charged my K20. have a few questions though. Welcome any know-how to answer my quiries. 1st of all, i've changed my exhaust to HKS HI-power, suspension to BC and the rests of it are basically stock. I need to know whether it's alright to only change my front rotors to slotted disc while the rear pair remain stock? The other is whether Hondata Flash Pro is the only availabe piggyback on market now which can tune when V-tec kicks in?
