DC5 changing to 6 speed gearbox

hi is it legal to change the a Dc5 5 speed gearbox to a 6 speed one? Any recommended workshop?

1. They don't bother.
2. There's no specific fine for it.

Just what I think, your mileage might vary.

Did u do the conversion bro?... Am thinking about it coz the ratios on the GSR is rubbish...

I think GSR FD is crap... but 6 speed too close i think..high end highly affected lol...

maybe 5 speed with higher FD ? :oops:

Hmmm anyone with any FD to recommend :?: ... Theres quite a choice out there... Wanna reduce the drop in rpm to slightly below 700 between every gear shift... Currently its a 1k rpm drop between shifts... :shock:

I dont think u can improve on that, given 6 speed or higher fd... the drop still 1k for a shift.
