Black smoke from exhaust(advise needed)

Hi, my friend encounter black smoke discharge from exhaust when engine is hot, need some advise what to check, tks

engine oil gg into combustion liao...
small case is casket spoil...big case is piston ring..piston...even engine block...

==> if its black smoke, still not so bad... could be running too rich or spark plug up the lorry liao... since it only happen when engine is hot, check and replace spark plug first...
