Why Cannot Start (Ignition Cable pulled out during Idling)?

During Idling one of the 4 ignition cable of my '96 Civer SiR was pulled out and the engine stalled. After pluged back the cable the engine could not be started.
The ignition socket seems clean and plugged in and out a few times but engine just cannot be started.
I also tried to start with the accelator pedal pressed to the floor but no use.
Battery is strong.
I have checked the ignition fuse (location 9) and a 40A ignition fuse under the bonnet.
What couold be the reason and how to solve?

You might have damaged the coil or ignitor in the distributor.
