EDIX Parts from Tanly Motor from Waterloo

Post by surfedelic » Tue Nov 30, 2010 10:28 pm

EDIX bros,

Kindly take note when getting parts from Tanly Motors - Sales person lousy knowledge on parts and demand for more money when the problem surface - extremely bad experience and lousy service. Wasted all my time and petrol driving back and forth from workshop.

Hope u guys dont get rip off when sourcing for parts.

I think the name is ah hou. I spoke to lawerence - yes he sounds nice. But the company dont give a damn about customer service. Imagine I was asked to top up twice for the part - totally ridiculous. At the end can tell me - matter very simple ...take it or leave it attitude with no intent to rectify the mistake.

If you get the right part then it will be fine. He gave me the wrong part and it became my problem.

My first and my last.

I went down personally. Yes Lawrence is nice when I spoke to him face to face.

No point taking risk as there is no warranty in the parts that they give you - basically I use the parts then I realise it is wrong part as my engine fault light appear and I dont know whether when I return the part it is in good condition or not  You never know the condition of the parts if they have this habit of wrong identification - the parts they give you might be from another person like my case and you cannot change it if it is faulty.

So i will skip them altogether. Thian seng is much better compare to them

Thanks Bro.
