K20A cams are for K series engines with solenoid to control VTEC wild cam action.
K20Z2 does not have that, and is largely similar to K20A3.
If you want to have wild cam VTEC, you'll need to do a cylinder head swap and proper tuning (eg Hondata). You cannot simply fit a K20A cams to a K20Z2 or K20A3.

vtec cams on a non vtec engine...can??really??...3lobs replacing a 2lob...wonder how does it work...

u need to look for K20A3 engine cams...skunk stage 1..BC stage 2 are the more common ones arounds...as for which is better...better to do some research 1st...
