06 Honda City CVT gearbox produces knocking sound

Hi Folks,
Frequently, when I put my car to a stop (gearshift still at D), the engine gearbox will have loud knocking sound ("dong", "dong"). The knocking sound will go on and on, and the rpm becomes eractic (drop to 0rpm and goes back 800rpm continuously), if there is a slope and I let go of the brake, the car will slip like no gear is engaged. When this happens, I will engage N gear then back to D gear again. The problem disappear. It usually happen in the morning and will not happens after driving for 15 mins. Seems like it only happens when the engine is not warm up.
My car mechanic think the CVT gearbox oil leaks and I have already changed the CVT gearbox oil twice but the situation still doesn't improve.
Anyone has similar experience to share? Any comments will be appreciated!
Thanks
