understand this car model JDM accord 2.4 is pretty rare in the market. maybe some gurus can advise?

I got a spare one. Quite new, used abt 50+ kms before I changed to the K&N one. When I went to service, MBM went to change for me despite me telling them that I didnt want it changed.
