Remove & Install Front Bumper - Odyssey 2008

Does anyone know how to remove and install odyssey 2008 front bumper? My front bumper abit sagging. KM says the bumper clips are bent. I want to remove and see if can bend back the clips. Thanks in advance.

there's plastic nuts or screws need be remove
usually underneath the front tires arch and below bumper
its not for the faint hearted

some might need to remove head lamp

That's true, I pulled my neck muscle trying to unscrew all the nuts under the bumper and yet the bumper won't detach. Can anyone reccomend a workshop on this.
