Dashboard Rattle Noise

Help...My ride is less tha 1 year old and now I can hear rattle noise when crossing uneven road and hump.
I had empty all the compartment, tighten all the cables and still could not reciftied the problem.
Can anyone offer me advise or any reliable workshop to help me solve the noise issue?
