turbo legal?

Hi, bros and sisters. I was wondering if turbo being legal as i read on LTA site stating turbo's legal given an appeal is made and they were to approve it. thanks!

Anything can be done with money

But that's provided the turbo WAS mad for that car

So if you read the fine prints....quite hard

Because if it WAS made for that car, means that car already comes with a turbo doesn't it?
However, i have heard of some poeple last time driving the Toyota Altezza or something who had a supercharger "legalise" because in Japan they had a legal version of it..but had to pay alot ot get it approved and alot of tests..but can be done....that was the only case i ever heard of...
I think it's easier and cheaper to just buy a turbo car to begin with
