You need to change the entire cylinder head, not just the cams.
K20A cams have additional wild cam lobe that is activated on VTEC. FD2M does not have that provision.
Besides changing the cylinder head, you'll also need KPro. And while you're at it, better build the lower block for high revs and compression. That's where the wild cam VTEC makes its power, from 5000+ to 8400rpm.

Just do an engine swap..
