After Install my Fuji Exhaust...

hi guys, after installing the exhaust , whats the next step ??
i heard by doing the air intake thingy could make the exhuast sounds louder ?? issit ??
i was thinking of install the velocity tuner recommended by 1forumer in this forum.. any user from it ??
what does you guys benefit from it ?? =)
