ahahah same here.. my ass left the seat and landed on my hip.. while was on the track, adrenaline was pumping.. no feeling.. after which i went home i felt that pain!Spunkett wrote:2 rounds was all i could take.
The hard plastic seat is too big for my skinny a**. Was sliding into the side of the seat with every turn i took. Got 2x 2inch diameter blue black on either side of my hips now. i really feel like i got beaten up.
Do they sell 'seat stuffing' to fill up the extra space?

LoL 1 wet session 1 semi-wet session, made it more fun with otherwise underpowered rental karts. Conditions of karts are much better than karts at Permas Jaya/Plentong. Luckily the rain stopped. Not bad a track..pretty fun layout. I think my ass has enough 'padding' so no bruises there, but I feel a bump on my back manz.

I already got a lot of padding from all the eating already. LoL~~lexxie wrote:*quirks an eyebrow at all the abovementioned bruises in all the abovementioned areas*
LoL, you guys need to eat more to avoid being bounced all over the place Or probably just go home after that to lie down on some "alternative" feminine padding

Anyway guys, Nick is trying to book the track on Jan 1 for 4-5pm. He needs confirmation to book the track prior. 20pax needed and I believe he has a few on his side already. Those interested, do contact him if u have his number or let me know. I cannot confirm with him as I might have something on that day.
Anyone break 50 sec?
Timed a couple guys in the 49s
A good karting friend has timed his friend at 47 in the rentals
The rest of the driving enthusiasts fall mostly into the 50-53 range (partly due to rental kart variance). Non enthusiast drivers go in the 53-56 range roughly
Track record in the race karts should be in the 34.2 range IIRC and if things haven't changed as at last update.

For those interested to do the Grand Prix format on Jan 10, do list yer names down or contat XiaoNick directly. 20pax is needed for a fee of $90/pax to secure the track for 1 hr. Track Booking for 1hr slot on a weekend is $1800.XiaoNick wrote:Hi guys, Nick here. I can't seem to egt enough people on the 1st of Jan, so I will try to make it for the 10 of Jan.
Do support as it's only $90 for 1 hour of track booking. We need 20 pax. Yoyu get around 35mins of track time (or more)
MAx 10 person on the track at one time!
looks like you guys had lots of fun. been fairly busy.
Got a Tonykart EVXX stored at Kartworld, lots of fun. Waiting for Changi to open in 2 years. Tuas is fun but the facilities are poor. Since Kartworld started, things have been much easier to kart.
Only thing, got time for sessions at best 1-2 times a month.
The Sunday impromptu races are a really an adrenaline rush.

Yeah since kartworld opened, I haven't been back to tuas circuit at all. I like the technical fine touch challenge of kartworld since it is tougher than the few bigger tracks I've driven overseas. Also would be too lazy to keep switching sprockets back and forth since the two mentioned tracks require different gearing. Shaded pits and food and drinks nearby along with a kart shop for spares at kartworld is great.terch wrote:Tuas is fun but the facilities are poor.
