Air-con not cold now with same setting

Hi all. My 4 year old ES5 aircon has not been providing air as cold as before. I used to leave the setting at about 25deg in manual fan mode and it can be comfortably cold in the past in this setting. However, lately i found that its warmer and i have to take the setting down to about 20deg before i can feel the cold air. Any bros know why?
Any lobang for air-con top-up/servicing and how much will that costs?

top up gas is 30rm, wash the whole thing shd be arnd 70rm only

they have the air con gas~ lolz i am going to top mine up soon liaoz.. haha
