Hi bros,
Recently I have noticed thaere is some metal knocking sound whenever I travel on uneven road. It seem to be coming from either the driver side front under carriage or somewhere near to the right side bumper.warranty over so can't o back kah motor.
Would like to seek your advice what kind of checking I can carried out or any good shop can recommend that is good in rectifying this kind of wierd issue?

did you install any body kit or frontl lip/ side skirt of any kind?
suspect something sticking onto your car but only obvious on rough road
take a good peep below the car to see if any thing sticking out near your suspected area

almost impossible to advice over the keybd
as these kinda problem need sharp eyes to notice (if something stickin)
if i recommend you to wkshp it might be spendin unnessuary $$$ (presume u don't hv usual wkshp)
as you might end up with nothin
else it will mechanical issue which makes explainin even more harder
but i'm willin to try asking some qs here (base on foreign body)
presume your car stock (if not pls tell me what aren't)
when was the last time you hit something hard? (like porthole/kerb)
find a noise free location (best HDB Multi Storey Car Park)
when you drive down MSCP, any noise?
(try off radio/AV and wind down window listen HARD)
right or left turn any noise?
slowly move off (most likely nothing heard)
try jerk braking
try going down the carpark slope that with strips (any sound?)
try the upper most floor with a drainage when reach the top slope(any sound?)
how do the sound radiate, once or continuous?
how sharp the noise? tut or ting
if its at the front under carriage, nearest place will be engine bay below engine mounting
if front bumper it should be the crash bar area
who say after warranty cannot go back to km, you still hv to pay even you go any wkshp
go there for normal servicing and ask them help check same time
if you need help which SA to serve you, drop me a mail to advice

Have you check your exhaust system? Are there any exhaust parts touching the under chassis?

base on the description given, the noise can come fm anywhere
get someone to listen the source outside the car
you may switch place later to confirm
i now start to worry it might be mechnically generated
