Any bros changed this before, found some oil in the spark plug, the part connecting to the engine. Read some articles say may be the spark plug seal or the gasket cover is broken. Only found oil in the second plug, the rest is ok.
Any ideas?

Yup, i changed that during my 70K servicing cos the mechanic discovered that my engine gasket rubber seal was damaged and it caused engine oil to leak into one of the spark plug. The engine oil will cause the spark plug not to have proper ignition. After I changed that, I find that my car is more responsive. Maybe what the mechanic said is true.
