which workshop can do chrome on front grill

Hi Guys,
Just checking if anyone got any information.
I would like to chrome my Stream front frill.
Most workshop says only can do on metal material.
I think my material is ABS plastic (if I'm not wrong).
Any suggestion? Current col is black.
