after a long drive, when right after i off my engine, my car will vibrate quite significantly.
don't know where its comign from, but the vibration seems to sync with the exhaust sound.

is this normal for a 1 year old car?

car still under warranty ? yes, go back to your workshop and tell them (dun waste money mah).

believe its something to do with the belting (either too tight or loose) => i might be wrong.

being a 1 yr old car, more or less already "run in"...did u change anything recently too?

i went KM liao, but they said its normal for some vibration when cut off engine leh.

right now i understand what you means, and yeah it's normal, i have worked on K20s EP3s and FN2s cars and those engines have a lot vibrate comparing with another cars/engines. what you can do is to buy a engine damper, that will avoid that problem.

will it get worse over time?

very likely, even you can get problem with your header. i recommend get one engine damper, it isnt so expensive. and works great.
