Depends on where you intend to go...

A set of component speakers. Amp, woofer, sound proofing.. not only the equipment is important, the one who do the setup and tuning is too..

Try audioedge, Chuan Sing... they are some of the trusted one around in terms or prices and services.

Brands they are plenty, Focal, Rockford, Rainbow.. all brand have something they are better with.. somehow...

Change to component speakers for your front with crossover/tweeters and get a four-channel amp to drive your front speakers and put a subwoofer at the back in your boot. Then you have fairly good ICE already. :)
VTEC ON - You hear a loud devilish shriek from your car and its simply the best rock music you've ever heard.

it really depends on your budget you want to work on.. may start from few hundreds to few thousands depending very much on brand and specs... You have to guage what you want to achieve in ICE, you are those who listen to hard bass music ie, techno, trance? or you want something so spectecular when you on a "live" music you feel like the singer is right in front of you kind?

My advise visit those trusted ICE shop and ask for their recommendation and ask them to work between your budget..
