14" or 15" Sports Rim for Honda FIT 1.3GF model?

HI all,

I'm very new here and also a potential owner for a Honda FIT 1.3GF.
The package comes with a 14" Sports Rim and was told by PI a likelihood of $400plus (most likely is Taiwan made) top-up to 15".

Is it adviceable to up-size?
Any advantages?
Is the price reasonable?

maybe u will like to keep the 14", then go to the shop urself to trade-in. likely to paid around 400 also, but get to choose a set of 15" rim of ur choice

My PI allows me to choose the 14" sports rim of my choice, i'm sure it will be the same if i need to upsize.

if you change to 16" on 1.3FIT, your FC will suffer. Your ride will look fantastic. Of course, NO PAIN NO GAIN.

but possible for the rims u wan anot ??
eg. they let u have 5 models to choose??

Mine is 16, obviously looks bigger than 14 but not much from 15???

was offer to top up $500 for the 99% brand new Jazz 16" stock rims, and trade in with my stock steel 14" rims.

do you think is a good price?

FC is indeed a prob if u upgrade...
yr 14inch will lose value if u start driving and then decide to change after a few mths...this is wat happened to me...now my trade in value is very low...

i intending to change to 17inch Kyowa white rims though..hahaha

U shud have told me.. then i sell u the rims n tyres at $500 no need trade in. U can go sell ur 14" n get some $$ back. Haha

get 16" for FIT better.. 14/15" the arch gap will be big not nice.. if scared too heavy and affect FC too much.. then get the stock 16" lo.. IMO, still looks better than 15"... many Jazz bro giving up their 16".. so can easily get from them @ $400 - $500 depending on how new i.e. more than 1000km or not

If want to get rid of your 14" then just get a slightly older 16" stock rims, go to change tires by trading in your 14"
