General information

The SGtrackies driver’s clinic has been prepared for those seeking to
improve their technical driving skills and is suitable for all types of
vehicles and driving styles. It gives participants an opportunity to
explore above and beyond the limits of their vehicles and their abilities
in a controlled environment free of fixed obstacles (no kerbs) that could
poise a danger to both the participant and their vehicles.

The circuit will be configured with turns of varying difficulty. Some of
this will include decreasing radius, constant radius, increasing radius
corners and a short slalom course. Participants will be flagged off into
the circuit individually, thus minimizing the risk of vehicle-vehicle
collisions. A combination of cones and water barriers will be used to mark
out the circuit.

Runs will be timed at the end of the day with prizes awarded to the
fastest car. All participants will also receive a Polo tee and goodie bag
with compliments from our sponsors.

Itinerary

0830hrs Arrival and preparation of participant vehicles

0845hrs Safety and circuit briefing

0900hrs Commencement of driver’s clinic. Drivers will be
flagged off one at a time and allowed 2 rounds of the circuit.

1200hrs Lunch & reconfiguration of circuit

1300hrs Commencement of afternoon session

1800hrs End of SGtrackies driver’s clinic
