The design 15" rim of the 1.3 version looks nicer to me than the 16" rim of the 1.5 variant.
From the photo of the 15" rim, which shows the yellow dot on the tyre is so far away from the valve, it can be safely concluded that 1.3 version is fitted with steel rims at the factory and tyres are extracted and mounted on the alloy rims in Singapore.
Wonder if the 1.5 version are also fitted with steel rims at the factory.

Yup...they change to steel rims for me and then go out there and get what i really want. But still factory fitted rims is valued by some people in the 2nd hand market so even I drive away with the factory rims, may want to keep it for better trade in...
Any advice?
