For me personally, i took the non-LX model. Why? Coz I dun need adjustable stering wheel, foglite (coz change bodyktit next time, sure throw away 1), Alarm(outside 3rd party can get), chrome handle(a bit uncle, prefer the color to be flushed wif body), chrome pipe finisher(I intend to change big eng kong..lolx), reclining seats (Boot is so big, i hardly can fill it up)
Save the $$ do some mod & bling bling on the car better? 2c worth

Some aftermarket bodykits/bumper are not compatible with foglights, which means that the design might not have a outlet for the foglites. Or simply the foglites look ugly with the design of the bodykit/front bumper.

morning guys,
oh regarding the aircon problem, was told to switch the aircon mode dial to the last one (the one that let outside air comes in one) then blust ur aircon blow to 4(the max). all these with ur windows wind down while driving for 20mins.
hmm so far tried once for 15mins but after that air blowing out is still smelly...
sian, MY CAR GOT SMELLY AIRCON...haha

I don't own a City, but I think your problem is not unique to City... I've had the same problems in my previous cars. It's generally due to fungus/bacteria growing in part of the aircon system, more likely at the aircon filter (if yours come with it) or the evaporator coils (the "radiator" inside the glove box).
You can do the following:
1.) Turn OFF your a/c switch (you don't need cold air for this), turn the temp switch to MAX temp (RED all the way), blast your fan speed to the MAX. I usually don't let the outside air in (like what you did above) since I want maximum heat. But you probably need to open your window if you don't want to get heat stroke

& then drive like this for 20 minutes. The heat will kill the bacteria in the air circulating system. You may need to do this a few times to get better result.
2.) Change the aircon filter.
3.) Go to aircon guys, & get them to chemically clean the evaporator coils, about $70-$100.
Good luck.

this happen to mine...
just off aircon.. wind down win.. blast the blower (re-circulation) and drive... for 10 min... the smell will go off...
well... this works for my case.. (4G City) and surprisely, i just need to do it in monthly basis...
just to share my habit
BTW, i cant tolerate very cold aircon
1) blower set to 3
2) air-con only set to min or 1/4 off the left, seldom set to 1/2
3) no purifier or whatsoever
4) DIY air-con carbon activated carbon filter
5) charcoal mats / charcoals in my car..
Up till now, the smell is very similar the first day i took the car..

Hi guys,
You might be interested to know that there are replacements available already. Came across the following ebay posting while searching for options for my Honda City as well:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Car-DVD- ... ioQ5fVideo
The bad thing is they sell the 2 din front panel with the default dvd/gps/audio device attached. So I am not sure if they sell the panel solely.
