JTIS wrote:Thanks all, for the responses. I will go for my 3rd test drive this weekend, to see if the CP2 is any good in 'S' mode instead of 'D' mode.

A little surprised to hear that the CP1 is so economical, the CM5 was doing about 8 to 8.5km/l for me consistently. If that was the case for Robert previously as well, even taking into account the running in period driving pattern, the CP1 could conceivably be doing 11 to 12km/l. :P Invaluable indeed during times of high petrol prices...
haha...i think with newer technology, anything is possible...and somehow this is also linked to our right foot.

Hi Junning,

I called Sakura Carz up and was quoted S$97,988 for the new 2009 JDM Honda Accord. This is based on a guaranteed COE/delivery package. The quoted price is for the 2.4 litre version with OMV estimated to be around S$31K. Also, was told that the new 2009 JDM Accord would no longer be available with a 2 litre engine option. :(

According to the person I spoke to, the new JDM Honda Accord will be launched by Honda Japan at the end of October 2008. Car will only arrive in Singapore sometime in January 2009, with delivery to buyers targetted for before CNY 2009.

Best Rgds,
Dan

Hi Junning,

Just sharing with the rest of the bros here.

I called them up because I am interested in the new 2009 JDM Accord. However, if it's not available with the 2 litre engine option, may be a bit difficult to "justify" getting the 2.4 litre version.... 8)
