Does yr CP comes with Bridgestones tyre?
My CP2 comes w Michellin Tyres which I personally find it a little noisy. I have changed it and up the size..to 18" and using Goodyear Eagle LS3000. This tyres prove to be better in road handling and quieter...

Hi bro, i also driving CP2. just would like to have feedback on your rims and tyres. wat is est % of noise drop? is it worth doing? the Fc after the change? wats the price you paid for? can post pics to share? thanks.
From my past days of driving, a good 50% or more drop in noise level. However u must take into consideration where u drive. For roads that are old, the road will add more noise, unlike new roads. Also, it really depends on the model of tyres selected. For ride comfort, u must be prepared to lose a bit cos increasing the rims size, u got to lower the tyre profile. My new rims is 225/45/R18 91W.

Thank bro for your feedback. still thinking to change but the holding me reason is the FC. now is ard 10km/l dunnno will it drop further after the change... how much can the OEM rims and tyre fetch for trade in?

What OEM tyres did you get with your CPx?
I'm thinking of changing mine to Bridgestone GR80s (like my current CM5).

For the trade in price, it depends on the condition of yr tyres and rims. I was taught by my friend that the earlier u bring yr new car to change/upgrade rims+tyres, the better price it will fetch. My friend changed his with 3 days! He got a good deal, both rims + tyres fetch >$1.3K. I forgot how much exactly. I got mine slightly >$1K and I got a good set of new rims + tyres in return...no regrets.
As for FC, a 2.4L car usually gives u an average between 9.0 to 10.5km/L. Can't be far from it. Depends on where u frequent....city driving will cost u more with so many traffic lights...so ride more expressways..

Has anyone fixed up the rear fog lights for the CPs? The Thailand accord pic show it can be done but it was in Thai language.
(Fyi, Camry 2.4 comes with 2 rear fog lights!)
For the Thai Gen 9 exhaust, the twin exhuast was rectangular in shape. a little like Mark X. It look flush behind the rear lips and quite cool.
If anyone had tried, pls post....thx!

Last seen a CP3 in Korea with LED rear foglamp, guess it's an aftermarket conversion.

That will be cool! If only someone local can do it...cos the break lights for CPs are LED in radial forms.

Collected my CP1 today !!!!!!
Miss my old CM5 !!!!
What RON number petrol do you guys use? My SE said Shell-92 or Shell-95 is suffcient (manual stated RON 91 and higher is OK).
My old CM5 used Shell-98 at first and in the past 12 months or so, downgraded to Shell-95. No difference in performance.
