Last, look like the only way for this SUV to land on our shore is through PI...
Crossroad Won't Cross Over
Honda won't export small SUV that could take on Toyota's RAV4
TOKYO - Honda Motor Co. launched a RAV4 fighter in Japan last week but says it won't export the crossover.
Honda's new Crossroad has three rows of seats. It is slightly smaller than the Toyota RAV4.
"We have no need" to sell it abroad, says Motoatsu Shiraishi, president of product development arm Honda R&D Co. He points out that Honda already has the CR-V -- which, like the Crossroad, is based on the Civic car platform.
Honda President Takeo Fukui also says the CR-V can take on the RAV4.
The Crossroad boasts Honda's first application of what it calls Hill-Start Assist. When starting on an incline, the assist temporarily maintains brake pressure after the pedal is released. This keeps the car from rolling downhill before the driver can push the accelerator.

With unexpected strong demand in Japan (actual sales double the monthky target), Honda Japan is delyaing delivery for some til May, and they may be why PI do not have the car in showroom until now.
I have called 2 PI, and only one is able to provide the ETA of the new Crossroad, which is around 2nd week of April. The other one just tell me bluntly, No Car!
Indicative price are $70K (18L FF), $72K (18LX), ~$79K (18LX with option).
