Hi Bros,
I am contemplating getting a CP3 - Need the size, need the power! (but alamak FF leh!). Have been going through this folder and this thread for some reviews and information but very little information here probably because the car is quite new and CP3s are not common.
Need to find our real life FC and this VCM stuff. Anyone with some links and reviews to share? worried handling not too good as too heavy infront?
Thanks again!
Cheers
Andrew

Hi all, more easier to differentiate from the exterior are the:
- sports rim: chrome type for CP1, multi-spokes for CP2, wide spoke for CP3
- front foglamps: CP2 & CP3 only
- LED 3rd brake lamp: CP2 & CP3 only
Have been seeing more CPs in KM PDI compared to CM time. Saw one with full Modulo kit at KM Alexandra PDI last week.
Bro, you have been monitoring the CPs. din notice all this small things. can i ask what is the LED 3rd brake lamp???

Its only a reflector only. sianz....
I think the CP2 is "ready" for this except KM did not install the wiring and lights.
If you look closely, you can see they have put a "fake bulb" to close the holes.
I've already thought to install mine soon. Now looking for good electrician, any to recommend??
Hi bro, so you managed to solved the problem for the lightings??

Ok guys, my latest update... Just did the mod in the weekend.
Removed the "mat" cover and saw the light casing. (Plastic)
I noticed that there were no holes for the mounting of the bulb. So drilled a hole on each side to fit in bulb. As I did not expect this findings, i decided to use a small bulb to try out, with rubber as holder. The wires were connected to the lights for the number plate, so that was easy. Note, not connected to brake light.
Now wife, say that the bulb is not bright enough, may decide to mod for bigger bulb when have time.

Bro, drilling is done on the light casing not the car which is made of plastic. I decided not to remove the casing from the car as i don't want to damage the paint work.
I know when doing, alot of people will backed out due to this operation.
But we don't have other choice as that is the location for the light mounting

Hi vti magnesium,
It's the high mount stop lamp at the rear windscreen.
For the 2.0 CP1 it's bulb type & lens is red
For 2.4 CP2 & 3.0 CP3 it's LED type & lens is white
Similiary Hybrid FD3 & FD2R 3rd brake lamps are LED type too vs bulb type of FD1/ 2/ 4.
