Think for those interested can just go down to Sim Lim Tower to get the LED. Should be T5 (or T1.5) LED. Cost about $3.50 per LED Bulb. Come with option of White, Blue and RED. Not too sure if there are Amber.

For EG9 meter, there are a total of 6 bulbs. Just done mine, but I must say that the brightness is not as good as the photo shown. I think it is because of the LED quality. If you want high power LED, can order from US. I think 1 bulb is around US$2 ~ US$3, excluding shipment charges.

I would say its quite easy to install... but there are risk also... if the copper wire behind the meter were to snap off.. the meter will not work (Only the Fuel And Temp)

Difficult to get the correct LED to have that sort of brightness. The only known source for me is to order from US. I think will cost about S$100+ (including shipment fee) for 6 LED. Any other lobang to get the LED? I think Sim Lim Tower only have those normal LED which is just slightly brighter than the stock bulb. =)

i would say if u use a 1 watt LED may not be useful as the brightness will not be even...

How anyone got in touch with victor toh?
