Do the Clarke tat u guys talking abt sell HID kit as well? or he juz help with installation? n anyone can advise me wat is the difference between HID KIT & HID CONVERSION KIT?

If the HID bulb is not blown, then it's the ballast or starter that got problem.
If it's still under warranty, get the seller to trouble-shoot & replace the defective parts for you.
