With so much hype of the new Accord, KM also understands that new info savvy customers are no longer ignorant and has also started to clear the Gen7 Accord giving away free VDO Dayton GPS with price starting from $80,600 for the facelift & $78,800 for the pre-facelift. http://www.honda.com.sg/price_sheet.asp

[quote="junning"]Hi all,

After all there will be an Accord CL predecessor come mid-2008

News release August 28, 2007
Honda At The Frankfurt Motor Show

Honda will be presenting the world debut of an exciting Accord Tourer Concept at the forthcoming 2007 Frankfurt motor show. A press conference will be held on the Honda stand in Hall 5 on the first Press Day, 11th September, between 13.15 and 13.45.

The Accord Tourer Concept will give a strong indication of the design direction of the all-new generation Accord Tourer set to debut in mid-2008 and its wider, lower look signals a more sporty, more emotional styling approach. This will be matched by a range of advanced, low emissions engines and innovative new chassis technology that will deliver exceptional handling without compromising ride comfort.

Hi all,

'09 Euro Accord?

A heavily camouflaged prototype has been snapped testing at the Nurburgring and is reported to be the next-gen Honda Accord Euro (Acura TSX) midsize sedan due to hit the market by mid next year. Tell tale signs that this is in fact the next Accord Euro is the shape of the grille aperture on the camo gear, which matches the shape of the grille from the Accord Tourer Concept displayed at the recent Frankfurt Motor Show.

According to Honda’s own press release, the face of the Frankfurt concept will be shared with the next-generation model. Other clues given by these new spy shots include the intake shape at the bottom of the front bumper, new headlight design, LED taillights and the squared off quad tailpipes.

The engine lineup will include two petrol engines displacing 2.0L and 2.4L and a new clean diesel engine dubbed i-DTEC. The diesel mill will displace 2.2L and feature direct-injection technology, efficient exhaust gas recirculation, and a diesel particulate filter. The final production version of the car is set to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year.
