short distance rex win. if long distance i felt euro-R win. turbocharger will boost off to a certain bar when the rev reached then it maintian it pressure. but vtec come in after when high end rev. this is wat i learn. something abt the boost stuff. if play high boost, rex win. if low boost, it has no power...

jus like superchager powerful then turbocharger.

i was told DC5 won STI in long distance... anybody correct mi if i'm wrong... learning never end...

quite a few stock rex broke their gearbox on hard launch. rex will pull off faster in the short distance due to higher torque but as distance stretch longer.. there is no match for the euro R high rpm and close ratio 6 gears

Compare the sti with euroR better. STI gt stronger gearbox and can hard launch

becos even though both cars got almost the same BHP...
but the WRX got much higher torque than the Euro R...
that's why cannot compare FI and NA cars...
different class...
torque+rpm=HP. rex got high torque, euroR got high rpm.
