Cut 2 holes on your floor board, then wear heavy duty boots

Stretch your legs straight to apply full force for emergency

Learnt this from Mr. Fred Flinstone

I am currently looking at the Wilwood/EBC setup for our front. Consists of Wilwood 4-pot calipers, EBC slotted 282mm, EBC green stuff, Goodridge steel-braided hoses. PM me if you need more details.

steel-braided hoses will be good, if not enough then swap with a larger brake caliper and slotted discs.

Anyone interested in a upsize upgrade for our rotors?

Tomorrow, I am gonna upsize my rotor to 280mm slotted (2 pieces setup) and use back my original calipers. Also comes with racing metallic pads from Kelvar. With installation and one year warranty for S$500.

Anyone interested to see can call me tomorrow cos I will be doing it.

Personally think its quite a pity that the big disc didn't go along with a bigger caliper. :? But that will be quite ex i think. :?

After running in -

The bite is very much better than before (stock rotors with metalic pads). Now there are 2 other possible upgrades: braided hose and better calipers (now with the bracket/knuckle, can mount prelude brake calipers (2-pot) for double the stopping power to match the large disc.

No wonder sudden got quite a few pms - cos the thread was revived.

Anyway, in the end, I got the rotors from another supplier (cheaper), got my own pads and went to my own workshop to fix lor. Then subsequently also fitted Goodridge steel braided hose..........
