Is there any difference in servicing being done on a hybrid car?
If yes, any reputable dealers out there?
Thank you guys!
Servicing Hybrid Cars.
Servicing
Insight can be serviced as a normal car. Unless you have a problem with your IMA battery, then its best to check with your sales.
rule of the thumb, do not let them touch the battery for no whatever reasons (which is at the bottom of passenger back seats.) they can check the battery at the front, but not the IMA battery.
Mine usu. change engine oil and oil filter. Occasionally checks on the brakes and for your personal checks : tyre pressure (every fortnight)
They should also change or clean your air filter. If yours is K&N filter - that is to be serviced every 10,000 or 50,000km. (Whichever pleases you)
Those Insights passed 20,000km should be checking their brake fluids and coolant.
Hope this helps.

Service as normal car
Hybrid cars use special electric transmission and they do not have conventional starter motors unlike petrol cars. They also have a hybrid car battery that is temperature sensitive and requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the hybrid car
