steering issue

Hi all the expert out there,

I recently just changed my ride from Jazz to civic fd1 and I encounter my steering wheel got a bit of vibration when I travel at high speed and steering will turn left and right when I press my brake in low speed may I know what is the cause of the fault?

Recently just changed rim and tire(Roadstone 8000), balancing all checked all in good setting.
