Head light cover turn yellow fade. Ugly

Does anyone here encounter the same problem with me? Make i know how to clean away the yellow fade thingy? Help......

it's either yellow on the inside or outside

if it's outside, still can managed to polish

if it's inside then got 2 change headlamp housing

i tried using a solution called scratch it or something before 9its in a yellow bottle) seems to work quite well...
