FD2M cam/ecu change advice needed

hi all,

anybody have experience on this?
1. cams change only.
2. cams change & hondata/e-manage/uni-chip.
where to change, cost, gains, impact on fc.
any advice is appreciated.

if topic has been discussed before, pls kindly help direct me to appropriate thread.
