radiator fan

Check with you guys...does both radiator fans turn on all the time?

or at certain temp then both are activated?

Nope. Radiator fan only turns on once your car reaches a certain temp and needs to cool down. Your thermostat determines the temp. Unless you are running without a thermostat then radiator fan is on always.
With good knowledge of theory is fine, but put it in practical. Cos with good theory and no practical experience, all theory is bull shit!

To test, without starting engine, turn on aircon, both fan should be on

Also take note that the fan should be blowing into the engine bay. I have seen some install the fan that blow out of engine bay that is wrong

Let me know if u need intro, my lobang at tampines and they are really good
