Need advise on very bad FC (cl7a)

Hi all. I need advise on my car's petrol consumption.

Details as follows:

5 years old
138918 mileage
17" inch rims
CSC5 225/45/17
HKS exhaust
Stainless steel air intake
rest all stock
60% city
40% expressway

FC currently is very bad, 350km light up. Sometimes even 330!

Previously was not so bad can run 450. since then I have only changed my body kit and engine oil.
changed to idemitsu and now just changed to motul.
Iridium spark plugs.

Pumping esso98.
Normal footer.

Any advice from bros very much appreciated. If more info required just let me know.

Maybe can also gai siao any workshop to assist me.

try to clean your throttle body or try resetting your ecu...

Change back to your pervious engine oil
Clean your air filter

I have checked my throttle body and advised that it does not require cleaning and i have also removed my unichip and resetted the ECU, still the same ):

Bro, drive slowly to warm up your car. Don't idle to warm up. Check your tyre air pressure and observe your fuel mixture, too rich may be

Never attempt to clean your throttle body as they have a protective film applied to it.

I am using elf 5W40, FC around 9.5-10km/L, 40/60 exp/street. Caltex 95.

how you define a normal footer? never exceed 3k/4k/5k rpm? check ur air filter, aircon filter and make sure ur spark plug is the right temp
