buying a new car is a good choice as you are the new owner
and for buying a used car, getting a low milage is another consider fact as the car might be under good condition provider the owner service the car regularly
owning a car, my own thinking is should fully utilise it as not worry about the milage have done
reason is end of the 10 years, we have to scrap it or extend another 10 years provided the PAFT COE is reasonable or the car still in good condition
if keep the car and not fully utilise it a kind of waste and every day, the car dep its value
my brother brought brand new GS300 and drove only 10k per year and end of the day, still sold in maket price ever thro his milage low
IMO,drive and enjoy what your car can give you the joy and comfort and not worry of high milage after that
