need help on my honda airwave suspension

Hi! Can anybody tell me honda fit or jazz or others. SusMy pension. Can fix airwave.? my left side of my Front suspension got clocking sound when moving over an uneven road or hump. Why the suspension screw Can move around one? Is it Ok? I need help!!!! Thanks alot here!!!
