Extremely bumpy ride

Hi guys,
My GE8 seems to be getting bumpier. The bumpiness initially felt like a student driver driving a manual car. After a while, it got worse that it feels like I'm driving an army rover.
What might be the problem? Is it something with my engine that causes it to jerk like that? Or is there something wrong with suspension? My car is all stock condition by the way.
Hope to get some advice so I can sort this problem soon. Thanks all!

Bumpy from the road travelling? Check your absorbers...

Yes... Its either worn absorbers or bushings that causes bumpyness if all else are the same/stock....

Hi bros, i went to a workshop and was told that replacing shock abosrobers wld set me back abt $600.. Am i getting slaughtered here? Just wanna be sure...

Hi Silver,

I facing the same problem. I m on coilover, i got it checked and theres no leak. So do you suggest that brushing is worn off?

I had the same problem once, no leak but suddenly more bumpy. But mechanic kinda service the coilovers and it worked... sadly after 6mths it leaked after NS highway's small pothole killed my coils

How much is the servicing cost? I went to fong Kim it cope 200plus per piece, that was rocket price.

It was within warranty period so no cost... i did ask how much he usually charge ~50-80 depends on the spare parts to change

For toda ones, MR send back factory to service and it can cost abt up to 1k, but i suppose they change most parts and it's exactly a new one that can last another 1-3yrs

I think you can check with the shop u bot ur coilovers?

Hi sorry for hike jacking but I am on kw coil over. Any idea where can I get it rebuilt. Recently feel like I am driving a boat.

Spoilt absorber. Check with honda stockist they sell them. Some doesnt show signs of leakage but the gas leaks out due to spoilt rubber seal. For aftermarket coilover juz decrease the hardness damping. Anti clockwise.
