it is my rotor?

ad did a search and i think there my rotor warped. just want to re confirm, hopefully any bro there can advice, below are the symptoms, thanks

when braking at certain sped, i will get get knocking sound and vibration from the wheel when i near reaching a full stop.

50 to stop = ok
100 to stop = ok
170 to stop = loud knocking sound and vibration from the wheel. (encounter this recently when i on NSHW, reaching a toll and trying to slow down to a complete stop to pay money)

now the strange part is normal driving everything ok, its only when i brake longer (not harder), the symptoms will appear. when i brake longer, the rotor or brake pad, or something else... will get very hot, then the symptoms will appear.
but if its rotor, then why symptoms only appear at that time. rotor will warp when its too hot??

scratch head..... any advice? or ABS activated?
