TYRE PRESSURE

Just curious, my tyre is 45/225/18, on the tyre it state that max is 340Kpa,so how much pressure should i pump?
250Kpa? or more?

There is a recommended tyre pressure at your car door.

FYI,
I am having 230 front, 220 rear.
