wheel arch soundproofing

has anyone tried this service? can I have your feedback on the tyre/road noise reduction after applying it?

I like the pic of sound pressure level before and after.

Before : 86 db (racing car noise or chery QQ at speed of 200km/H with open window)
after : 57.7db ( normal car like honda jazz travel at 40km/h on smooth surface)

it is almost 300% improvement !!!

oh i c * Note: The test result will vary depend on the car models

Stock honda jazz at 60km/h (61db - 64db)
Stock Honda jazz at 120km/h (70db - 71 db)

Lexus LS460 at 60km/h (55db - 58db)
Lexus LS460 at 120km/h (64db - 65db)

That why i say impressive.

Interesting! I haven't tried putting this wheel sound proofing but its already been in my mind of trying them soon, I just don't have extra funds for it.

wheel arch sound proofing will help. but i dunno issit by that much as what the site claims... sounds a bit far fetched

Had played with Soundmeter on many cars on rev low, rev high, high speed, low speed, high way. The results stated are questionable.

3db, in decidel, represent 50% lesser. It is exponential. 10dB is incredile!!!
