Post by campzsklz » Tue Apr 26, 2011 11:23 pm

NEVER Buy car at SAN HUP BEE ubi megamart lvl 4! Bought a Honda civic 05 vti 10days ago. Day 2 fOund cosmetic mirror cracked. Wiper wear and tear. Day 3 head unit no remote control cnt be use. No spare tire. In the end change one that cnt f...it boot. Boot no carpet cover replace with a thick heavy acrylic. Day 6 dashboard under steering wheel drip water when rain.Day 7 dealer call to inform car owner still overseas, will be back by mid may, by then then can transfer name. So nw accident insurance nt answerable. Day 10 tire puncture, tire changing kit spoil! Cnt fit bolt! Went to do servicing, workshop tell me this car very long nv service le. Day 12 heavy rain, engine warning and battery warning came out, speed meter disabled, always 0. Workshop say alternator spoil, speed sensor spoil, repair all new will cost near to 1 k.

Call dealer and tell them about all these he just say 1 thing, "sorry no warranty, is liddat one"

Yeah, unless you are buying a used car that still have warranty covered by the agent.
The dealer just "take-in" from a previous owner who maybe trade-in for another car, and dealer usually didn't really check properly.. their concern is more on the price.

Didn't you check the car before buying? Almost all your grips could've been avoided if you've just checked the car before handing over the cash.

Sounds like you were to kan chiong to buy and now having buyer's regret.

I from SAN HUP BEE. That Honda Civic that you own was brought over from us by another company. Then it was sold to you by them not by us. So any problems you should go and find them and not us. After few days of purchase, you came back to look for us to get the spare tyre and the radio remote control (MAKES NO SENSE AS WE WERE NOT THE ONE WHO SOLD YOU THE CAR) but we also didn't make a fuss and immediately gave you both of the items you wanted. You should have went back to the company which had signed the sales agreement with you, not us.
I request for an apology from you.

I apologize, because I feel that it might nt be the company, is the communication between car dealers. The agreement between the two company or whatsoever I do not know. I also learn my lesson from alot of people that buy second hand car is see luck. Dealer also wun know the car problem. Thanks for the tyre but the remote is for diff model and the person who pass me the remote gt bad attitude. Then I bought the remote at 120bucks. Overall sorry San hub bee. And forum friends. I believe the company is fine but see who serve you.
