Need help for Tomei rs tuning suspension

Hi Guys..

I just bought a 2nd hand honda fit comes with the tomei suspension. Having a problem with the suspension when car is fully load.
Can i harden the damper or the suspension is just height adjustable?
any shops to rekon?

This Tomei suspension is brought in by Yap Brothers at Paya Ubi... I think it is both height & damping adjustable if I am not wrong... Just check the top of the suspension... If there is a nut at the tip of it, try turning it with your bare finger... clockwise for stiffer, anti-clockwise for softer...
