HELP!! Loud metal scratching sound from type

i been experiencing this problem ytd night and tonight.. this morning i drove was ok..

the sound is very loud when i drive, (when i didn't tap my brake).. very loud irritating metal scratching sound which seems to come from my right hand side.. dunno front type or back Tyre.

can hear it even when i wind up my window even at 89km/hr on expressway..

what could be the possible reason?

its like on .. off..

when i tap my brake the sound will go off, but very fast the sound come back again?

3mnths+ ago i juz changed my front brake pad..

lao jiao, pls advise..

very worried, any safety issue? i scared will create spark and start fire..

bro, i encountered this b4 last year, but it was my rear brake pad worn off cosing the sound.

Check brake fluid, if dropped, change pads.
