hi guys
can anyone share how i can tell that i need to have my clutch replaced? first time driving manual, bought a second hand car .. not sure if its in good condition or not..

You can check for clutch slippage. Your clutch slips when your clutch pad/lining has worn out.
Clutch slippage is quite obvious, where you got to rev relatively high just to move off.
Next, if there is uneven wear and tear for your clutch pad, you will get a lot of jerking when you reach biting point.

jerking.. a bit .. but that was when i was not so familiar with the car..
