Civic type-r FD2 engine

Hey hii guys im very much stuck up and need your help
i have a 2008 Honda civic 1.8 ivtec back home in india
so after havin a look at the civic tyoe-r's over here im very keen to swap the engine of my car and go foh the type-r engine
so i saw on the net about the engine specifications and all
it says the engine is regarded as K20A
but over here in singapore i went to a car store and they were like its not k20a
guys i need your help as in what is the engine regarded as and where can i get it.
